For NSW early-career teachers working towards Proficient Teacher

See which Standard Descriptors your evidence covers, and what's missing.

NSW Proficient Teacher accreditation asks for 5 to 8 annotated sets of evidence across the 7 Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. We map your classroom material to the descriptors so you can see the gaps early.

Upload your lesson plans, student work samples with feedback, assessment tasks and professional learning notes. You get a map of each item against the Proficient Teacher Standard Descriptors, a list of gaps, and draft annotation notes to rewrite in your own words.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload your material

Lesson plans, programs, student samples with your feedback, assessment tasks, and notes from professional learning.

  2. 02

    Get your coverage map

Each item is matched to likely Standard Descriptors. A grid shows which of the 7 Standards are covered and which are thin or missing.

  3. 03

    Plan your evidence sets

We suggest how to group items into 5 to 8 sets and draft annotation notes. AI output is a draft: you and your Accreditation Supervisor decide what goes in.

Most early-career teachers already have the evidence. It is spread across folders, and it is hard to see which descriptors it covers. We show you that and leave the judgement to you and your supervisor.

FAQ

Is this accreditation advice?

No. We do not assess your practice or make any accreditation decision. Your Accreditation Supervisor and NESA's processes do that. We organise your material and draft notes from it.

Will you write my annotations?

We draft notes from your material as a starting point. Annotations should describe your own context, practice and impact, so rewrite them in your own words.

Are you connected to NESA?

No. Lynx Bay Pty Ltd is not connected to NESA or any school system. Check NESA's current requirements and the Proficient Teacher Evidence Guide.

Should I remove student names?

Yes. Please remove student names and other identifying details before you upload, as you would for your evidence anyway.

What happens to my documents?

We use them only to deliver your order. They are deleted 30 days after delivery and are not used to train AI models.

Document organisation and draft notes only. Not professional advice. We do not verify, assess or certify your practice, and we do not guarantee accreditation. Lynx Bay Pty Ltd is not connected to NESA or any government body.
